Trace IQ (“the game”) is a puzzle game for Android made by Sudeveloper (“we”, “us”, “our”), https://sudeveloper.in/. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have. We keep it to what the game needs to run, stay free and get better.
1. Who we are
Trace IQ is developed and published by Sudeveloper. If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at help.sudeveloper@gmail.com.
2. Information we do not collect
Trace IQ has no accounts or sign-in. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files or precise location.
3. Information stored on your device
Your game progress (unlocked levels and stars) and your settings (sound, vibration, theme) are saved only on your device. They are not sent to us. You can erase them at any time with Settings → Reset progress in the game, or by uninstalling the game.
4. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Trace IQ is free and is supported by ads from Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that unlock hints or let you skip a level. To show and measure ads, AdMob may collect:
- your device’s advertising ID and basic device information;
- your IP address and the approximate location derived from it;
- how you interact with ads.
Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the game asks for your consent before showing personalised ads, using Google’s consent tool. 5. Analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)
To understand how the game is played and improve it, we use Google Analytics for Firebase. It records events such as levels started and completed, targets solved, hints used, levels skipped and settings changed, together with device information (model, operating system), an app instance identifier and your approximate country or region. We use this information in aggregate and cannot identify you from it.
6. Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics)
If the game crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report so we can fix the problem. A report contains technical details of the error, the state of the device at that time (such as model, operating system and free memory) and an installation identifier.
7. Internet connection check
Trace IQ needs the internet to play. To check that you are online, the game briefly connects to public DNS servers run by Google and Cloudflare. No personal information is sent in these checks.

9. How information is shared
We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers named above — Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, all provided by Google — who process it to provide their services under Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We may also disclose information if required by law.
10. How long information is kept
Data on your device stays until you reset your progress or uninstall the game. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics and then deleted. Crash reports are kept for 90 days.
11. Your choices and rights
- Change your ad consent at any time in the game: Settings → Privacy options (shown where consent applies).
- Reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device’s settings (on most Android phones: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Erase your game progress with Settings → Reset progress.
- Uninstalling the game stops all collection described here.
- Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask about, correct or delete information about you. Email us at help.sudeveloper@gmail.com and we will help as far as we are able; because we do not collect your name or contact details in the game, we may need details such as your device model to find related records.
12. Children
Trace IQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will help remove it.
13. Security
Information sent by the services above travels over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we use trusted providers to protect it.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the game changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and significant changes will also be announced in the game.
