These terms apply when you download or play Trace IQ, a puzzle game made by Sudeveloper (https://sudeveloper.in/). By playing the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.
1. Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and play Trace IQ on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
2. Fair play
When using the game you agree not to:
- copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the game, or build on its code or artwork;
- use cheats, bots or tools that interfere with the game or its ads;
- sell, rent or redistribute the game or its content;
- use the game in any way that breaks the law.
3. Ads, hints and skipping levels
The game is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Hints, and skipping a level, are unlocked by watching a rewarded ad; they are given only after the ad has been watched to the end. A skipped level stays unsolved and can be played again later. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content.
4. Purchases
If the game offers in-app purchases (such as removing ads), they are processed by Google Play under its terms, and refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.
5. Internet and third-party services
Trace IQ needs an internet connection, and uses services from Google (AdMob, Analytics and Crashlytics). Your use of those services is also subject to Google’s terms. How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Ownership
Trace IQ, including its puzzles, artwork, sounds and code, belongs to Sudeveloper and is protected by copyright and other laws. Open-source components are used under their own licences.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering the game or any part of it at any time. Your progress is stored on your device, and we cannot restore it if it is lost or erased.
8. No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sudeveloper is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the game.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your right to use the game if you break these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
